That really struck me, as I refused to let my kids cry it out at all during at least the first year of their life. And you know what? Since I responded every time they cried for me, they are very well attached to me, and they are very secure in knowing that if something goes wrong, if they need their Mom, that I am always going to be right there for them.<br/><br/>Can't wait to see your tutorial on the blankie! My boyfriend is about to become a very young grandfather (only 40!) and I really want to make a special little blanket for him/her.
