Glad you got the package, Shelly! Now about wool socks in Florida...
I don't only knit for myself or fellow Floridians so the feet I knit for love the socks PLUS we do have cold weather here in FLA! When it's 90+ degrees most of the year it's time for warm wollies when the temp hits 60! Lastly, wool breathes so you can wear wool socks all year long pretty much anywhere...wool wicks moisture when your feet get sweaty so they are a better choice insides some sneakers thsn cotton socks!

I have the same Birkenstocks (Ashby's or Ashley's - something like that) in 2 colors. I like 'em because they don't entirely look like Birkenstocks and they're TOTALLY comfortable!

Let us hope you get rid of your comments about daughter "crapping in her pants" before she learns to read. Crude. And she'll hate you for it!

LOL at the wool socks in Florida. I live in Orlando and knit wool socks. Cause, you know, that's what we need in Florida. More wool socks.

Honestly, though they are great for when "sandal season" ends (when the dew on the grass gets too cold.) Should be in about a week or two now.
