		<description>have you tried the Gluten free Gourmet - the french bread is great - and better than rice cakes.  30 years ago when I started baking for my son - I had to grind my own rice flour...... there is a great basic baking mix that works for almost everthing. and a fantastic fruit tart - that my knitting group loves and requsets!</description>
