It's one of my favourite bread-baking books. There are a wide variety of recipes in there, and all of them are kid-friendly! Ooh, Sophie is so cute! Lil’ kids using the ball winder are so adorable.

I can't count the number of starters that have met untimely ends in my kitchen because I didn't use—or at least feed) them often enough. <br/><br/>I think you can freeze starter if you know you won't be able to use it.
