		<description>Re: the edge of the socks:&lt;br/&gt;What if you left them as not-a-full-circle (because you&#039;re right, they look much better as a partial circle of lace), but close it off by having a provisional cast-on for one side of the lace and finish with a row of all knits on the other (even if there technically isn&#039;t a pattern row which does this), and make sure to finish at the same part in the pattern.  Then you could kitchner stitch the sides together, and it would be even harder to see than the seam you&#039;ve tried, I think.  Plus, probably easier than grafting...</description>
