There is some liquid that is pumped into the tree circulation system. I saw it being done in a park in Portland, Oregon, which has a beautiful avenue of trees in the downtown.<br /><br />It looked like an emergency ward, with IVs hooked up to about 10 trees and the rest waiting. :) but it works!
