Curry Turkey Burgers


Sometimes we get lucky, and recipes that we loved before the allergies turn out to be just fine after as well. These Turkey burgers taste great, and they are good for you too. High in protien, low fat, and plenty of veggies hidden inside. They are not too spicy – our two year old requests them all the time. I found this recipe on the Food Network's website, which I highly recommend – especially the 30 Minute Meals by Rachael Ray. We love the Thai Slaw Salad recipe that comes with it. You may want to leave out the sesame seeds if you're avoiding nuts and seeds. Julie gets a couple of pieces of her store-bought rice bread instead of a bun, and I don't give her the chutney because it's a little (tiny bit) spicy.
