Knitting / DaveSocks 1/1/2003 I didn't have time to knit anything for my brother-in-law Dave for Christmas, so I let him pick a garment and the yarn out of my stash for his birthday. He chose socks out of Country Classic Yarn for Socks - lucky me - it's worsted weight, and I finished them in the week between Christmas and New Years. This yarn is 80% Wool/20% Nylon and I knit it up at about 7 sts/inch. It was a little hard on the hands, but Dave loves 'em.
